  Stopped by this branch today to speak to a service rep. There were two reps working, each already servicing a customer. I patiently waited my turn and after aprox 15 min was told by one rep that she would be with me shortly. Bottom line is I waited at least 30 minutes at which point I confronted same rep while she was still servicing the same customer ,reminding her that I've been waiting 30 minutes and that it was unacceptable to keep a customer waiting that long . I asked her if she thought it would be acceptable for a customer to wait an hour. She admitted that would be unacceptable. I asked her why she didn't offer customer the option of making an appt. After being told appts are not available (too radical) and rcving a healthy dose of smugness from her I left. I then asked to speak with the branch manager and she tells me she is the manager!! Mystery solved. Don't believe the hype about TD Bank. This is now the second time I've rcvd subpar service from this bank. Yes, the branches are open long hours but the folks working at the branch level are clerks, not managers. Buyer beware.
