  Staff was awful to deal with. Jill Rosenthal was rude and didn't offer enough help during the early part of planing our cruise. She wouldn't respond to emails my wife sent or return phone calls. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our cruise and she was even more rude when we had a simple question of "when do we get our refund?". She responded "check your credit card statement". Poor experience and wouldn't recommend to anyone.
